First Instinct Publishing is a private tool, run by one person on their own computer, to publish and measure videos on a single YouTube channel they own. It is not offered to anyone else and has no other users.

By using First Instinct Publishing you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

What this covers

The tool is built on YouTube API Services. Use of it is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube Community Guidelines.
Google's handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Content uploaded through the tool must comply with those terms and guidelines, and must not infringe anyone's copyright or privacy rights. The operator certifies this at the point of upload; the tool shows that certification and will not upload without it. The operator also designates at that point whether the content is Made for Kids.

No warranty

The tool is provided as-is, for the operator's own use. It carries no warranty, and nothing here creates an obligation to anyone else, because there is nobody else using it.
